"Panoramic Villas" typology A and B are single-family villas with a refined and modern design, inserted in a territorial context of particular value. They are located on an uncontaminated coast (Costa Larga) and enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Gulf of Castellammare at 5 minutes from the famous Faraglioni of Scopello.

Access to the complex is favored by a paved main road, with little traffic, which is accessed from the SS 187 which from Castellammare del Golfo leads to Scopello and San Vito lo Capo, a famous seaside resort with golden beaches.

Trapani airport is only 20 minutes away by road and Palermo airport, Falcone Borsellino, is just 40km from the villas.

The two types of villas are equipped with exclusive land with independent driveway and pedestrian access, parking, garden, veranda, terrace and a large private swimming pool. The type of villa B has been designed with an exclusive SPA in the basement which is accessed by an internal staircase covered in marble. The type of villa A, also designed with the basement with the same characteristics as villa B, does not have the possibility of a panoramic window as the swimming pool has been designed detached from the building but it offers the possibility of having an additional terrace on the roof (solarium terrace) which is accessed by an external staircase to admire the panorama in which the green of nature and the mountain reliefs seem to plunge into the blue sea of ​​the Gulf of Castellammare.

The proposed villas (A and B) are to be considered an excellent investment both for family use or to be put on income, with a relaxation area designed specifically to be used even in the colder months.
